The Liveable Urban Waterways (LUW) Programme is a critical component of the City's strategy to transform neglected canals, wetlands and rivers into ecologically healthy, community spaces. This spend of ultimately R200 000 000 is specifically for Westlake Upper, Westlake Lower, Keyser River, Sand River, Spaanschemat and Prinskasteel, Grootboskloof : impacting all suburbs in Ward71 including TOKAI, Kirstenhof, Westlake, Constantia HILLS, NOVA Constantia, Orchard Village, Norfolk Park, Retreat Industrial.
